Swearin’ have announced their first new album in five years, Fall Into the Sun, and shared its first single, “Grow Into a Ghost.” Fall Into the Sun is due out October 5 via Merge. The trio features Allison Crutchfield, Jeff Bolt, and Kyle Gilbride. They released two albums, 2012’s Swearin’ and 2013’s Surfing Strange, before breaking up in 2015. The band reformed last November. Below is “Grow Into a Ghost,” followed by the album’s tracklist and cover art, as well as the band’s upcoming tour dates.

Alabama native Allison Crutchfield is known for her previous bands P.S. Eliot and Bad Banana, both formed with her twin sister Katie Crutchfield of Waxahatchee. Last year she released her debut solo album, Tourist in This Town, also via Merge.
