Marissa Nadler has announced the release of a new EP, The Wrath of the Clouds, which will be out on February 4 via Bella Union. The EP consists of three songs recorded during the sessions for Nadler’s previous album, The Path of the Clouds in addition to two covers, one of which has been shared—her cover of the Alessi Brothers’ 1976 pop song “Seabird.” More

Marissa Nadler is releasing a new album, The Path of the Clouds, on October 29 via Sacred Bones and Bella Union. Now she has shared its third single, “Couldn’t Have Done the Killing,” via an atmospheric film noir/true crime styled video for the song. Tyler Derryberry and Christen Dute directed the video, which features lots of quick cuts of crime, with faces rarely seen. Marissa Nadler is releasing a new album, The Path of the Clouds, on October 29 via Sacred Bones and Bella Union. Now she has shared its second single, “If I Could Breathe Underwater,” via a video for the song that fittingly features Nadler underwater. The song features harp playing from Mary Lattimore, a longtime friend of Nadler’s. Jenni Hensler directed the video, which was partially shot with 16mm film camera. More

Lost Horizons are releasing a new two-part double album, In Quiet Moments—part one came out in December and part two is due out February 26 via Bella Union. Now they have shared a new song from part two, “Marie,” which features Marissa Nadler. It was shared via a video. Nadler created the video’s footage, and the video was edited and directed by Penelope Isles’ Jack Wolter. More
