Back in April DIIV announced that their second album, the somewhat awkwardly titled Is the Is Are, will be coming out this fall via Captured Tracks. Since then there’s been radio silence. No songs from the album have been shared and a more exact release date has yet to be confirmed, putting into question whether it will be a 2015 release after all. But now the band has shared a brand new song, “Dopamine,” which gives hope that Is the Is Are isn’t too far from being released. Check it out below, followed by some upcoming tour dates, including some dates opening for shoegazing legends Ride.
