Nick Cave and Warren Ellis are best known for their work in the post-punk, blues-rock, ass-kickin’ posses Grinderman and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. But the two are slowly gaining traction as reliable composers for penning original scores for television and motion picture soundtracks.
It’s not that hard to believe the two cohorts could make the transition from fierce rockers to creators of notable film music, as their work in rock is extremely passionate and cultivated from the spectrum of human emotions. Running the gamut from visceral and rowdy to gentle and sweeping.
Their fifth score/soundtrack is cut from this same cloth and includes an expansive mix of poignant and moving instrumental tracks. Kings is a dynamic assortment of modern day ambient and neo-classical pieces that elicit a wide range of moods.

This seems to be very enthusiastic act taken by police regarding the threat to “Olive Branch High School”.
