During the summer, Swedish folk musician The Tallest Man on Earth recorded a five-song EP, entitled Sometimes the Blues is Just a Passing Bird. Download the stately acoustic guitar/piano track via our handy download link. A plethora of YouTube clips feature the tune, so it’s becoming a live favorite. “Like the Wheel,” and four other new cuts, make up the short release. Exciting news: “The Dreamer” sees Kristian Matsson performing on electric guitar.

The EP is only available via iTunes right now, but the physical release is November 9 in the U.S. on Dead Oceans. TMoE is touring the U.S. now. Check out all the dates here. The Dylan acolyte will definitely amaze your ears. The new EP’s tracklisting can be found below:
