Joanna Newsom is releasing Divers, her long-awaited new album (her first in five years, since 2010’s Have One on Me), on October 23 via Drag City. Today she has announced her first North American tour dates in five years. Those dates are below.

She’s also announced that the music video for the album’s title track, “Divers,” will screen in select movie theaters later this month. It’s a theatrical-only release that was directed by film director Paul Thomas Anderson (Boogie Nights, Magnolia, There Will Be Blood). Newsom appeared in Anderson’s last film, Inherent Vice. The “Divers” video was shot in New York City at the studio of Kim Keever, whose artwork is used in the album’s packaging. Below is a list of theaters screening the video.

Newsom has previously shared the first song from the record, “Sapokanikan,” via a video also directed by Anderson, as well as another song from it, “Leaving the City.” Check out all of her tour dates below, including her previously announced European tour dates, and the screening dates.
